Summary: My recent stay in this hotel was a mix of positive and disappointing experiences, falling short of what I expect from a 4-star establishment. The Negatives: - Upon arrival, I discovered long hairs inside the duvet cover, which was very off-putting. - No slippers were provided in the room. When I requested them, I was given two pairs of the cheapest, lowest quality variety, which felt inadequate for the hotel's rating. - Although I added breakfast to my booking for an extra charge, I faced a recurring issue every morning. A staff member at the restaurant repeatedly questioned whether breakfast was included in my package, requiring me to go to reception for verification. After this happened three times, I became so frustrated that I gave up and had breakfast elsewhere. -The shower area was extreamly small with awful curtin The Positives: -The general staff were polite and helpful. -The quality of the breakfast food itself, on the occasions I accessed it, was very good. -The hotel's location is near shopping center and location is convenient.
