Summary: Unfortunately I was charged for my room on arrival despite having already paid via Expedia - I pointed out the mistake and was refunded the payment made to Expedia rather than that taken from me at the time - the net effect is that I am down £50 for no obvious reason (factoring in local taxes) This seems most unfairl
