This house is located near Rouen (28 km), the capital of Haute-Normandie, in the village of Saint-Martin-Osmonville - La Prée district. The complex comprises 2 houses. They were built in 1720 as a Catholic parish church and extended and renovated in 1889. The church on the property was hit by a bomb and seriously damaged in June 1944 during the Allied landings in Normandy. It had to be demolished in 1964. The two houses were completely renovated, modernised and extended in the late 1990s, without changing the typical Normandy architectural style. The garden of around 3,500 square metres was designed in the style of an English garden. You can use it and even have a barbecue. You can spend your holiday here and discover the most beautiful parts of Normandy. We hope you enjoy your stay. You can rent the house all year round. Up to 4 people can stay in the house.
