It comprises 1800m² of garden with swimming pool, tennis court, private parking and a large 50m² terrace for meals with family or friends.

The house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people: 2 bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a dormitory-style bedroom ideal for children with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, a functional kitchen, a living room and a dining room.
