The apartment is at the first floor of a charming historic building that overlooks the lake and is furnished with period furniture, it also has access to a large garden in shared use.
The apartment 'was completely renovated in 2015 and is extremely welcoming and confortable.
It is suitable to easily accommodate five people: a couple and three children or 2 couples and a kid/Adult or five adults.
On request, at extra cost, an additional separate double room (withour bathroom) can be asked, allowing to comfortably fit even 3 couples or 6-7 people anyway.
The apartment is 70 square meters large and consists of a large living room and kitchen, a very large room with double bed and extra bed and a second double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment has central heating.
Access to the lake is only a few meters from the house and you can swim in front of the house.
Theer are available on request spaces for storage of small sports equipment.
A few meters away there is a pier for temporary access of boats and at a short distance there is a rental boats service (please ask prior to arrival to the need to know the availability and to make arrangements)
A large free public parking is located in front of the house.

Belgirate is an old, little and quiet village with very nice narrow streets (called "rughe").
There is an old Romanic church in the back area of Belgirate that has an astonishing view on the lake.
There are countless and diversified possible activities ranging from water sports summer possible in the immediate vicinity (swimming, sailing, windsurfing, diving, boat rental, canoeing ...) up to mountain with nice summer trips in adjacent areas (Mottarone valgrande, Macugnaga under Mount Rosa) and the opportunity to ski in the winter months starting directly with the cable car by the lake in nearby Stresa then coming right on the slopes of Mottarone with unrivaled views of contemporary Monte Rosa, Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta , Lake Varese
