Many people decided to escape the cramped living conditions in the village centre and built their own home with a balcony and adjoining garden. The Xaver house was completed in 1967. The 2nd floor was extended in 1991.
The two-storey house is slightly off the main road and can be reached via a narrow access road. Here you will find peace and quiet surrounded by meadows and gardens. The mountains can be seen in the distance and the Pfynwald forest lies at your feet on the valley floor. Nature offers the most beautiful pictures all year round.
The flat is ideal for families. The large master bedroom and the two small children's rooms are functionally furnished.
