The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, stovetop, oven, kettle, and refrigerator, making it easy to prepare delicious homemade meals. All the necessary cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience. We also supply fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.
The three bedrooms each feature a double bed (140x200), made up with high-quality hotel-grade linens. From two of the bedrooms, the balcony offers stunning views of the Bastille, the Eiffel Tower, and Notre-Dame.
There are two bathrooms in the apartment: one with a bathtub, the other with a shower.
Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

This apartment is on the right bank, in the 11th arrondissement, at the edge of the 4th arrondissement of Paris, in the historic Marais district, just a few hundred metres from the Place des Vosges, in a lively area, close to local businesses. Very vibrant neighborhood features a large weekly street market, upscale grocery "Maison Plisson", cool concept store "Merci" and high-end galleries and trendy bars and restaurants. You can also go for a very short walk around the Place des Vosges, Ile-Saint-Louis, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Bastille in less than five minutes.
You’re right in the heart of Le Marais here – surrounded by bars and restaurants, and just a five-minute walk from historic Place des Vosges. The nearest metro station, Chemin Vert, is a 170m away. Surrounded by numerous restaurants and attractions and within easy reach of various means of public transport, the apartment offers a great jumping-off point for seeing Paris and experiencing all the French capital has to offer.
Late check-in fee of EUR 20 will be charged for check-ins after 10PM.
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
