A few steps up from the cinema room, there is a bathroom, with shower, WC and sink, all in sleek tiling.

Accessed from the entrance hall, there is a black tiled WC and circular sink, with beautiful patterned flooring, also in monochrome.

Downstairs on the lower ground floor, there is a room that can either by used as a work space, or a workout space. The room contains a desk, chair, as well as gym equipment.

KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING AREA
This beautiful living area boats lots of light and space. There is a grand piona, large grey sofas, coffee table and minimalist fireplace. Artwork, sculptures and a bookcase decorate the space. There are doors to access the terrace balcony aswell.

This lovely outdoor sun terrace has decking and plenty of outdoor seating. The terrace overlooks the river, with access down to the waterside. It also enjoys great views of the architecture of the house.
