The completely fenced villa guarantees privacy, is surrounded by a beautiful garden, on one side with tall shading plants, a swing and children's games, on the other with a swimming pool with jacuzzi area, sunbathing and barbecue. On the porch in front of the entrance to the villa there is a large table for outdoor dining. On the ground floor there is an elegant living room with large dining table, large sitting room with fireplace and TV. Next to the living room there is a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances furnished with a dining table. Also on this floor there is a bathroom with washing machine and drying rack for linen. From the living room you go up to the upper floor where we find a bedroom for 4 people with two French beds and a double sofa bed, equipped with a TV. The bathroom next to this bedroom has a shower. On this floor there is another double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath tub and shower and a master suite with a bathroom with shower nearby and equipped with a large terrace of about 30 square meters furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella. From the terrace you can reach the swimming pool by a staircase. One single garage and a parking space on the property are available to guests. Ideal villa for golfers who can reach the entrance of the Castel Conturbia Golf Club in 3 minutes by car or about 10 minutes on foot. In 15 minutes by car you can reach Lake Maggiore and the city of Arona, the Milan Malpensa airport is about 30 minutes away. Pets accepted on request and for a fee (Euro 20 per week) .
