Come and discover this old oil mill tastefully renovated into an independent gîte located in the heart of the village on the same property as its managers. Michel, a farmer and breeder, will be happy to share his work with you and introduce you to milking on his farm located 300m from the gîte. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen open to a living room equipped with a large corner sofa and a TV. Dining table adjoining the equipped kitchen. WIFI Internet. Separate toilet. The first floor consists of a bedroom equipped with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a 90 x 190 cm single bed. You will also find a second bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a towel dryer and washing machine. Available: a baby bed and a high chair (on request), board games. The private terrace adjoining the cottage welcomes you with its garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. The owners' garden is also accessible to you. A ping-pong table, pétanque and badminton games as well as a children's play structure (slide, swing and climbing wall) are at your disposal.
In the village, you will find a tennis court, access to river fishing, a football field, a children's playground, a pétanque court and the Saint Jacques de Compostelle trail. 2 km away, you can discover the village of Fondremand with its castle, its mill, the Source de la Romaine at the foot of the castle and its washhouse.
