Alsatian house restored on 3 levels, balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with wc.
Dating from 1720, the house has been recently restored, to make it a warm cocoon, which can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. Grocery and bakery in the village 5 minutes walk.
Located on a small square, very quiet, in a dead end, the house is composed as follows:
- Raised ground floor:
A few steps lead you to the wooden balcony, furnished with a marble top table and bistro chairs. In the entrance of the house, on the left is placed the first bathroom, with basin, [hidden] and shower. In front of you, you find a large living room, with a large table, a wood stove, a table football for adults (children from 8 years old).
The TV lounge will follow (large flat screen), with a sofa bed convertible into a bed for 2 people (quality bedding).
The semi-open kitchen, equipped, among other things, with a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker as well as a filter coffee maker. At your disposal, basic products: salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, spices. Also on site, all cleaning products as well as vacuum cleaners, mop.
On the first floor, access by staircase ladder of millers finds:
- the master suite with a 140/190 box bed, a small dressing room and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin cabinet and [hidden]
-- a bedroom with 2 single beds and possible access to the bathroom in the master suite.
On the 2nd floor, an attic space (height 1.45 m) fitted out and equipped as a rest room and games room for children.
All fittings and bedding are new and of good quality.
The basement, slightly buried (it was the old sheepfold) is the room for bicycles and motorcycles, locked.
You can park your car in front of the house.
Many cycle paths and hiking trails around Guémar and in the nearby vineyard.
Arrivals are usually from 3 [hidden] and departures no later than 10:30 [hidden] Please let me know beforehand what time, approximately, you expect to arrive.
