A haven of peace that can accommodate 4 to 6 people in the middle of a 3 hectare property of meadows and including a covered and heated swimming pool (from the beginning of May to the end of September) of 5.5 m by 10 m (shared with the owners) . The cottage is located 1 km from a small rural village surrounded by woods and crossed by the Meuse. The greenway (along the river) linking Givet to Charleville-Mézières (75 km) is at the foot of the property. The place is very quiet and ideal for observing animals (beavers, foxes, herons, swans, geese, ducks, etc.). The area is ideal for hiking, whether on foot, by bike or on horseback. Everything is planned to welcome riders and their mounts (meadows, paddock, saddlery). 8-9 mountain bikes (in order) are also at your disposal. The cottage is composed of a beautiful and new kitchen, a large dining room, a living room (TV + DVD) as well as 2 bedrooms (double beds), a bathroom with bathtub, a independent shower and 2 toilets.
