Positive: I really liked the cleanliness, lounge opportunities and staffs’ hospitality. Especially the receptionist was beyond my expectations because I didn’t know about coffee prices and he gave us complimentary coffees 2 times in a row, and in an other time when I asked about the tap waters quality, he just gave me a bottle of fine quality water and told me to compare them and decide if I like it or not. My go to hotel in Vienna from now on.

Negative: Everything was perfect for the price. We went with 3 friends and all left satisfied with service.
