Positive: Functional for an overnight stop

Negative: Booked an expensive suite. Poorly lit. No dressing gowns, no shower cap. Noisy. Kitchen and laundry staff very very noisy outside our window at 6.am no consideration for guests. Do not stay in room 222 … it’s furthest away from reception, no help with baggage to the room. Very impersonal hotel. Michelin 1 star restaurant not up to standard and not value for money.

Summary: Very disappointing. Would not stay again.
