Summary: Lovely room and very clean, however kettle was provided in room but no cups and only 1 sleeve of coffee, so not able to make any drinks. The restaurant was in the senior persons complex and set evening menu very limited. Had to find alternative place to eat. Staff on check in were unhelpful, key fob supplied did not work and was told they would come when they had time. We had to find an alternative way to get into the chateau. When this was booked we did not know this was part of a senior persons complex, this should have been made clearer as the pictures only show the chateau and not the new double floored building next to it. The bed was lovely and comfortable, however sleep disturbed by elephants that appeared to have accommodated the room above as every foot step and door opening at 6.30am could be easily heard.
