Quiet, it is very well equipped and ideal for a stay of two people.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building without elevator.
It's made of :
- a beautiful living room with a double bed, a flat-screen TV,
- a very well equipped kitchen with: a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine and a coffee machine.
- A bathroom which has also been redone, it has a shower cubicle as well as the toilets.
To ensure the best comfort, I provide you with an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer.
We also provide premium quality towels and bed linens, vanity kits, and high-speed Wifi is free.
Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay. We will ask you to present the identity document in person corresponding to the reservation when handing over the keys. In case of independent entry, we ask you to send us a photo of your identity document.
The cleaning costs include cleaning on arrival and after your departure, but also household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
I will welcome you on site the day of your arrival. Do not hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an additional charge will be requested:
- 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: €20
- 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.: €20
No reception after 11 p.m. will be made.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it when you arrived.
The cleaning costs will be invoiced to you a second time in the event of non-compliance with the departure time limit: 11 a.m.
