The Space:
This 2,100 sq ft single-story home is built around natural light — large windows throughout, an open layout, and french doors off the primary suite that open directly to the backyard and pool.

Bedroom 1 — King, Smart TV, ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities; french doors to backyard

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig, cookware, blender, and everything you need to cook a real meal. The dining table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the island — plenty of room for the whole group.
BACKYARD
The backyard is the centerpiece of the home. Private heated pool, outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, lounge seating, cornhole, and enough space to spread out. Pool heating runs $100/night and needs to be requested at least 3 days before arrival — see details in Other Things to Note.

The pool heats to roughly 20–25 degrees above the ambient temperature, so keep that in mind during cooler months — a 55-degree night gets you to around 75–80 degrees in the pool. We recommend heating between October and May. Minimum 3 days' notice required before arrival, and heating must remain on for the full stay.
