Lost in the middle of the fields, far from big cities, our old Anjou farmhouse don't have cows in her cowshed anymore, but offers a bucolic frame for quiet and comfortable holydays with friends or as a family with children and pets. You will benefit for your country walks along the tracks in the grounds of the old chateau Lorrière, beside the small river marconne. We are closed to the imposing chateau from Le Lude; at 20 minutes from Baugé, the ancient town of the legendar King René d'Anjou; at 40 minutes from the Loire valley with her historic chateaux and palaces and many local wines to sample.
Restaured in 2012 with modern comfort, the house has four bedrooms with a capacity of eight peopel. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a shared bathroom, on the groundfloor one bedroom, a shower room, a dining room with chimney, a lounge and a well equipped kitchen. Locally there is a farmyard, garden and fields. You will access the house through the landroad between Broc and Chigné (Maine et Loire), villages from the county of Noyant. In the local environnement you will find farms for fresh dairy produces (cows and goats) to include cheese, to include yoghurt and milk. There are others farms for poultry and a farm shop selling all meet meet products. Local produce market can be found at Le Lude (thursday) and Noyant (friday). Le Lude (sarthe) has a good swimmingpool and there are also many places to play tennis. At Baugé there is a 18 holes golf course.
