Please do note that the rate on Homeaway website up to 4 persons consists of the Jersey option : our guests occupy the entire villa except the Guernsey suite on the last floor : all rooms, all bedrooms of the second floor (three bedrooms and a very small 'cabine' room), one bathroom, separate toilets.

We can provide bedlinen and towels for 20€ per person. In both cases you have the exclusive occupancy of the villa.
---A real family home, bright and warm, in a calm and preserved environment, ideally located 300 meters from a beautiful sandy beach (Blue Flag), lined by the Gulf Stream and facing Jersey. Multiple activities within easy reach (sailing school, riding school, golf, yachting, etc.). The house is arranged in a “west coast” spirit, mixing all styles, actual, old, with both exotic and classic touch. The pool is heated between June 15 and September 15, and on request with an extra charge (between 200 and 280€ per week) end of May, beginning of June, and end of September.
