Ideally located to explore Burgundy (Vezelay, Beaune, Irancy), stroll along the Canal du Nivernais (at the end of the garden), visit the vineyards, swim in the river at the foot of the mill, fish on the spot, canoe or go up the river rafting, make great bike trips (available on site) ... the possibilities are endless.

Pretty little town of Coulanges 4 km has small shops (butchers, bakery, grocery store). At 8 km is Clamecy, medieval town with its beautiful market every Saturday morning.
