Welcome to the Perche region! This 160 m² house, next door to the owners (independent access), is located in a small village in the Perche region, surrounded by fields, forests, streams, and ponds. It comprises:

Living room (25 m²) with fireplace (insert), TV (50 countries), and Wi-Fi access
1 bedroom with a double bed
Bathroom with bathtub and shower/WC

Arriving in front of the restaurant "le Grand Claireau", and turning your back on the church, turn right into rue des Pesles (D 316.3). The gîte is at number 13.
