It has 2 bedrooms and a double bed at the mezzanine with spacious comfortable living area with open chimney, dining area and completely equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom with bathtub in the corner, wide shower and last but not least a galery. 360° panoramic view on the mountains, glacier, teleferic from the living area, the bedrooms, terraces, balcony and the garden. The sun shines the whole day. Grächen is a car-free village with a sun plateau. In the summer and winter wunderful promenades invite you for a walk along the water pipes to the Hannigalp and the Seetalhorn. Hiking and tours are possible.
