Summary: The address you gave us stated Grandvilliers when it actually was nearer Helensvilliers so we had trouble to find it. There were no directions only the address and that was difficult to find. On arrival we were told that one of the 2 showers in the property did not work and the plumber was going to repair it. However it was not repaired until 6 days later which was the day before we left. This meant as a family of 5 we had to share the one shower in our room every day which was completely unsatisfactory. There were no instructions about the use of the outside lights, the filter machine in the pool which did not move or the jacuzzi which we had to download on the internet. There was not sun umbrella on the outside table which had no shade during the day. We missed a kettle to boil water for tea. Overall what saved the holiday was the pool and the games table. However I think we should get a refund for the shower not working.
