This beautiful holiday home is located in a very quiet residential area. Between vineyards and scrubland, it is built in the style of the traditional bastides of the south. Particularly suitable for families with an enclosed garden of 1200 m2 and a beautiful 10x4 swimming pool with alarm. The house is south facing. Lawns, terraces with sunbeds, stunning views of the surrounding countryside. A covered terrace serves as an outdoor dining area, with barbecue and sink, and offers a large area for eating or drinking an aperitif. Well insulated house built in 2004. Air conditioners: one in the living room and one in the upstairs hallway.
