Located in the very center of Tournus but very quiet with the pedestrian street 30 meters away, a very lively heart of town (exhibitions, concerts, cinema...). The banks of the Saône 100m away, a very bucolic place, a multitude of shops, food shops, various and varied restaurants for all budgets. Basilica is a 5 minute walk away. We are 15 minutes from prestigious vineyards. Possibility of cruise ships. We provide you with a magnificent loft on 3 levels. Former concert hall transformed into a dwelling with great taste and originality. The loft includes: On the ground floor a garage that can accommodate up to 4 cars, a room with a freezer. On the 1st level is the large living room with open and fully equipped kitchen, dining room (table for 14 people), living room with 1 two-seater sofa and 4 armchairs, a pellet stove with very efficient and pleasant heating in winter, a TV room with a sofa bed (160 mattress), a cloakroom and a bathroom (shower, washbasin), WC. On the 2nd and 3rd level you will find 4 bedrooms with a double bed of 160 cm each + on the mezzanine a dormitory space with a bed of 180 cm + 1 bed of 90 cm. Bathroom with a bath, shower, and separate WC. Utility room with a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, 2 coffee makers, kettle, toaster, juicer, juice extractor, cookeo, electric wok, bamboo steam basket, food processor , 2 raclette machines, electric griddle. Bed linen (sheets and towels are provided). Children of all ages are welcome, but beware of the many stairs. We provide a cot and a high chair.
