Positive: Little, comfortable studio apartment. Exactly as in the pictures. Well equipped kitchen despite being small. Everything was clean and functional. The flat also has a little balcony. Easy check-in with keys in a safe box at the flat location.

Negative: The "starter kit" only includes 1 toilet paper roll - could be a little more, especially considering our rental was only for a long weekend, wouldn't need to buy a full pack. Same for the garbage bag - we just needed one, but if we stayed for a week, we might have needed 2, and they can only be bought in batches of 10. The key pick-up information was a bit confusing, as we confirmed the safety box but some later confirmation stated that it was at the agency office (probably part of a standard message text). Luckily we found the key in the box at the apartment as confirmed previously.
