Baby equipment on request (free, bed, bath, deckchair, booster seat). Gas central heating at an additional cost. House located in a beautiful, green, unspoiled countryside, with our 1.2 hectare enclosed flower garden (garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, swing, sunny terrace, private parking), offering a magnificent panoramic view of a calm and hilly nature. In the center of Nivernais, at the gateway to historical and natural sites: Nevers, Vézelay, Guédelon, La Charité-sur-Loire, the Morvan Regional Park, the banks of the Loire and its vineyards: Sancerre, Pouilly. Very close to the Baye leisure center where you can practice windsurfing and swimming, the Lac des Settons and the Canal du Nivernais.
