Upstairs: small mezzanine with library. 1 large attic bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed. A bedroom with modern decoration with 1 160 cm bed. Baby bed, high chair and child's bath on request. Access to the terrace through the bay window in the living room with a view of the countryside. Rural setting, 1500 m² of land. Private parking. Daily cleaning and end-of-stay cleaning available with supplement. English spoken. On site: visit to the vat room, tasting and sale of wines. 8 km away: possibility of microlight, helicopter ride. Access to the owners' swimming pool (5x10m) between 7am and 6:30pm, open from the end of May to mid-September depending on the weather and secured by an alarm.
Charges and supplements: End-of-stay cleaning: €40. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning, electricity extra depending on consumption. Stere of wood €40. Sheets and towels provided.
