Alairac is ideally located for discovering the treasures of the Aude region. Just a few kilometers away, you can visit the medieval city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or stroll along the Canal du Midi. Nature lovers will enjoy the hiking trails in the Montagne Noire and Corbières mountains, while gourmets can taste the local wines while visiting the surrounding vineyards. For a day by the sea, the Mediterranean beaches are about an hour's drive away.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a bright dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, which opens onto a small terrace. The large, warm and welcoming living room features a decorative fireplace and opens onto a spacious terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool area, ideal for cozy evenings.
The raised landing, up a few steps, leads to three air-conditioned bedrooms: two with 160 cm double beds, and one with a 140 cm double bed. For your comfort, the house includes a separate toilet and a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and double sinks.
Outside, a superb 13x7 meter swimming pool (depth varying from 1.50 to 2 meters), is perfect for cooling off and relaxing. A covered and fully equipped summer kitchen (hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, and microwave) allows you to prepare delicious meals al fresco. You'll also find an electric griddle, a grill, and a relaxation area with table football. A small outdoor laundry room with a washing machine is also available.
