Located in the Baugeois region, 30 minutes from Angers and Saumur, near the Zoo de la Flèche (20 km), "P"tite Angevine" welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. You can enjoy numerous activities in the surrounding area (golf, horseback riding, festivals (opera or theater) in season), or even reach the banks of the Loire, accessible in 25 minutes from the cottage.
This village house, located next to the church, offers on the ground floor a fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, etc.) with a dining area, a living room with a television, a master bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm double bed, and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. A laundry room (washing machine, cleaning equipment) and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, the cottage has a bathroom with a shower, double sink vanity, and WC, and three attic bedrooms, each with a wardrobe:
- one bedroom with a 140cmx190cm double bed
- one bedroom with two 90cmx190cm single beds
- one bedroom with a baby bed (from 0 to 2 years old) and a sofa bed that can be used as an additional bed
The cottage boasts an enclosed courtyard with a small terrace and a spacious shelter from which you can admire the famous twisted bell tower of Vieil-Baugé. Garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs are available for your enjoyment during the summer.
The cottage is located 5 minutes from Baugé, its many shops and its charming village rich in heritage (Bauge Castle and Apothecary).
Baby equipment (crib, high chair, changing table, baby bath) is also available.
Parking for two vehicles is available in the courtyard. Parking is available on the church square next to the cottage.
Heating and electricity are included. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Housekeeping, bed linen, and bathroom linen are available as an option.
