The sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms, (one for 3 people with a 180x200cm bed and 1 single bed or 3 single beds of 90x200cm, the other equipped with a 160x200cm bed) each has a private bathroom. 2 toilets, one of which is independent.
You will enjoy your private terrace of 50 m² with garden furniture and barbecue.
To top it all off, you will have at your disposal a swimming pool shared with the occupants of the second gîte of 6.5x12 m heated from mid-May to mid-September and secured by a barrier.

Pont et Massène is a pretty village in Auxois located a few minutes from the motorway exit. A lively village in season with the Pont lake: beach equipped for swimming, children's playground, nautical base, picnic tables and two restaurants. From the gîte, you can reach it on foot in a few minutes. A marked trail allows you to hike around the lake for 12 km.
4 kilometers away, the medieval town of Semur offers all shops and services and remains a living testimony to a rich past. Nearby: the castles of Epoisses, Bussy-Rabutin, the MuséoParc Alésia, the Abbey of Fontenay (Unesco heritage), Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Hiking trails and cycle paths.
