In the heart of the hamlet of La Chassagne, this renovated detached house adjoins a barn. Ground floor: dining room with fitted kitchen. A few steps lead to the rest of the house: TV lounge, two beautiful bedrooms (two double beds and one single bed), an additional relaxation area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a large shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Terrace and small garden. Parking for two cars. Lockable bicycle storage. This upper floor of the house is not in use. Sheets included.
All shops are located in Nolay, a medieval village and green holiday resort, surrounded by its stone-roofed covered market (14th century) and its church (15th and 17th centuries). It's a pleasure to explore its narrow medieval streets lined with half-timbered houses. Ideally located 60 km from Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, and 18 km from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy, also known for its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the Route des Grands Crus from Dijon to Santenay (thermal baths). Numerous wine cellar tours and tastings are nearby. For nature lovers, there are hiking trails, a greenway, a lake, cliffs, and more. The Morvan Regional Natural Park is also 30 minutes away. Cultural discoveries are also rich and varied, with Autun and its Gallo-Roman past, Le Creusot and its industrial past, the châteaux of Pommard, Couches, and Sully, among others.

A6 motorway, exit Beaune centre. Direction Pommard/Nolay/Autun. In Nolay, direction Aubigny on the right. Cross Aubigny, pass in front of the church then straight on to the hamlet of La Chassagne. Turn right before the sign La Chassagne. Go to the end, then go back up on the right.
