• ideally well placed in a residence and very quiet street close to shops: tobacconist, charcuterie, bakery and Carrefour Market (home delivery).

• Composition of an apartment: - Entrance with 2 large dressing rooms - Fitted and equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cookware . Dining room: Table with 6 chairs - Living room: Corner sofa with good bedding of 140 for 2 people, flat screen, coffee table, sideboard - Bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, washing machine and dryer - 2 bedrooms with 160 and 180 wide beds - Scullery and separate WC
