On the ground floor: Equipped and open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3 gas and one electric hob). Living room with pellet stove, a sofa with two seats and two armchairs, 80cm TV, WIFI (fiber optic).
Separate toilet (sanibroyeur). Bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, bathroom with bathtub (shower screen), sink and washing machine.
Upstairs: Mezzanine with reading corner, two very attic bedrooms each with a 90x190cm bed. Baby bed and high chair available.
Adjoining terrace, not overlooked of 50m², adjoining the cottage with garden furniture and barbecue. Two private parking spaces in front of the cottage.
All-inclusive cottage: energy charges, sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. For the stove, two bags of pellets are provided per week.
5 km from the Val Joly Tourist Resort, Sars Pottery Glass Museum 15 km away, Maubeuge 30 km away. Eppe-Sauvage is located on the border of Belgium, in the heart of the Avesnois Regional Nature Park. In the past, the town housed a seigneury, testifying to the village's ancient past.
Today, green and calm, the village of Eppe-Sauvage owes its fame to the large tourist resort of Val Joly, which it houses in the heart of the forest and on the edge of a 180-hectare lake. You can go sailing, canoeing, pedal boating, fishing... There are also hiking trails and cycle paths around the lake. The town is ideal for a quiet holiday in communion with nature, as well as for practicing many outdoor activities, sporting or not.
Ideally located, the village of Eppe-Sauvage is perfect for enjoying the tourist sites of the North, such as the Fourmies ecomuseum, located nearby, or the various departmental museums such as the Gallo-Roman site of Bavay, but also discovering Belgium (Chimay 16 km away).
