Completely renovated cottage in the Morvan Regional Natural Park. The garden is fully enclosed for the safety of children and pets, with a swing and a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The raised ground floor features a large living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. It features an Orange TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove. A bathroom with shower and toilet leads up to the two bedrooms. About ten steps lead to the two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. Except for optional towels, everything is included.
The Morvan is the green lung of the region: numerous walks and lakes (Settons and Chamboux). Nearby: Saulieu, the gastronomic capital of the Morvan region. Arnay-le-Duc, the regional center of tableware and Etang Fouché. Autun, the cathedral and Gallo-Roman ruins. Bibracte archaeological site. Charges included (heating, electricity, and wood), subject to normal consumption.
