In a small, quiet village near Nuits-Saint-Georges and 20 minutes from Dijon, the gîte "l'Atelier de Flagey", a single-storey gîte adjoining the workshop and the owners' house, offers you: 1 equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, TV, wifi, 1 bathroom with shower adapted for people with reduced mobility and WC, 1 large bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm + 1 trundle bed. Reversible air conditioning. Possibility of 2 additional beds on request (10 €/night/pers). Available on request: 1 travel cot, 1 high chair and 1 baby bath. Small private terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Above-ground swimming pool to be shared with the owners, unheated, open depending on weather conditions (May to September - from 10:00 [hidden] to 7:00 [hidden] 1 parking space in the courtyard (not closed), and large free public parking at the back of the gîte. If charging an electric car (no reinforced socket): €10 per charge to be paid on site.
This cottage is ideally located for visiting the Côte d'Azur via the Route des Grands Crus. Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and its Cité de la Gastronomie, is 20 minutes away. Beaune and its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are 25 minutes away. Château du Clos Vougeot is 4 km away. Numerous hiking trails through the vineyards can be explored on foot or by bike (the cycle route is nearby). Wine tourism is also available.
