I live in Cannes, 30 minutes from this accommodation.
. Arrival must be scheduled by appointment at least 24 hours before arrival
. The day before your arrival we will call you on the number attached to your profile, to give you the arrival instructions, please make sure that we can reach this number
. We will be available by phone or Whats App from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and by message on the platform until 9 p.m.
The keys will be delivered by hand during the opening hours of the agency from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; a presentation of the apartment will be made on site so that your installation goes as well as possible and I can even give you addresses and good plans of the moment!
Outside the opening hours of the agency you will have to contact us to follow our instructions, be careful late arrivals will be charged.
I can offer private concierge services such as airport shuttle, housekeeping services, luggage storage services, or tourist activities. Please contact me for more information.

Other remarks
Any arrival between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. will be increased by an additional flat rate of €50 (please note that we do not hand over the key after 11:00 p.m.)
Departures will be at 10:00 a.m. We can nevertheless agree on a departure between 9:30 am and 11:00 am depending on our availability. (Please note that we do not collect keys before 9:30 a.m.)
Late departures between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. will be charged 20€.
The tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over, unless it has already been paid online when booking. (Amount of tourist tax: €4 per person per day)
A deposit of €300 will be requested for any reservation via the Swikly application.
Subscription to resort liability insurance covering your stay is your responsibility. Failure to comply with this formality will result in the tenant's liability in the event of a claim and could in no way be the fault of the property manager.
. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional €30 be deducted from your deposit or paid on site.
. Please take down your bins before your final departure from the accommodation, otherwise you will accept that an additional €30 be deducted from your deposit or paid on site.
. The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 200€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization.
. A kit of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you want an additional kit or a renewal please notify us 24 hours before, the additional kit will be charged from 40€
. Travel cot or high chair available on request for an additional charge per stay of €25 per item to be paid on site (without bed linen)
. We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival. The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on your personal consumption.
. Only one set of keys will be provided
. The cleaning costs correspond to the cleaning of the accommodation after your departure at the end of your stay, if you want additional cleaning, please contact us in advance, we will charge this cleaning extra.
. In the event of an emergency requiring our intervention, we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
. The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the reservation, any foreign presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travelers at the rate of 100€ per additional traveler per day.
. The use of the apartment and all its equipment must be carried out in a 'good father's way and without disturbing the neighborhood
