Large grass yard and heated pool with poolhouse with BBQ and pizza oven. Gated entry. Beautifully furnished. The house is approximately 45 minutes drive from several beach areas; Cannes, Theoule sur Mer, Agay, Mandelieu de Napoule, & St. Raphael. It is a 15-minute drive to the freshwater and swimming Lac de Saint Cassien.
