The Thiebault farmhouse is a former hayloft. Philippe and Marie-Corinne Lion, the owners, have guarded the spirit of this typical Picardie setting. This wooden, cob, and brick building has been tastefully renovated, the entire wooden roof frame dismantled and repaired, as well as the entire farmhouse rebuilt to exacting, modern insulation standards. The environment is a primary concern of ours. Geothermal heating allows you to enjoy a high level of comfort, making up for even the coldest outdoor temperatures. There is also a solar-heated boiler. We carefully picked the decoration. The chimney's design allows it to elevate heat to the roof. As we have a light, steel and oak staircase, you can enjoy double orientation. The house succeeds in what is perhaps most difficult. It manages to combine modern features with the charm of the old Picard houses that exhibit time-worn beams.
