This studio is located at the last floor of the building, level 12th, and will offer you a panoramic view on a park. It is well designed and is composed as the following :
- Entrance hallway with the bathroom on your right
- the bathroom as a shower, toilets, and a sink
- the main room has a table for up to 3 people and a kitchenette area opened to the living room
- the kitchen area has 2 stoves, a microwave, ustensiles
- the couch is convertible with a bed of 140x200 cm for 2 people
- the living room has wifi
- the outside area is great for a cup of coffee while looking over this giant garden of 4 hectares
The residence has a pool and is opened all year long. It is an outside pool and is not heated. It is opened from 8AM to 10 PM. Along it, you will have some long chairs (up to availability).
The parking lot is dedicated to guests, it is not a designated parking spot but a common parking lot.

## Interaction
This place is managed by a company who will be there for your check in and for your check out. Check ins are generally in between 4PM and 7PM. If you would like to check in outside of this time frame, please ask to the agency if it is possible.
Someone will be there to welcome you. A specific check in time will then be very much appreciated.

## Neighbourhood
The accomodation is located on rue du Puy in Antibes where it is residential, family oriented and quiet. However, it is only a few minutes away from the bus station and the train station !
15 min walking distance away, you will also get to the old part of Antibes where you will see shops, restaurants, boutiques, artists, bars and much more !
## Transit
This place is 30 min away from the airport !
It is very easy to get to the building by car and park in the common parking lot of the building.
If you come by train, the place is about 10 min walking distance away from the train station and only 6 min away from the bus station.
## Notes
The apartment is accessible with an elevator. It is located at the 12th floor (last floor).
Parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
Please respect neighbours by being quiet after 10 PM until 8 AM.
Upon check out, please make sure to do the dishes and evacuate the trashes before leaving.
Cleaning fee is included and includes one set of linens for 2 people upon check in.
2 towels (small and large) is included per person for your stay.
Beach/pool towels are not included.
No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
