1st half-floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed + 1 baby bed). 2nd half-floor: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed + 1 single bed + 1 baby bed), bathroom, and separate toilet.
2nd floor (towards the mezzanine, blue bedroom): 1 double bed + 1 single bed (90x190) and a mezzanine converted into a relaxation room (pool table and foosball table). CD player and radio.
600 m² enclosed grounds, covered shelter. Pets not allowed.
Ideally located 6 km from Vézelay, 15 km from Avallon.

Take the A6 motorway, exit 22 Avallon and then direction Vézelay (D957). In Pontaubert, take direction Pierre-Perthuis, cross Island, Menades, still direction Pierre-Perthuis. When arriving in Précy-le-Moult, turn left and the cottage is in the middle of the hamlet, opposite the well and the cross.
