You will be staying in the heart of Caen's city centre, at the foot of the Château Ducal and the church of Saint Pierre, in a lively and historic district with all the shops nearby.
The Vaugueux district is located a little higher up, preserved from the war, where you will find restaurants and bars and the port (5 min walk) with its bars along the quays and the market on Sunday morning.
The flat is on the first floor of a building, without lift.
Enter our flat, on your right the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob, cupboards, dishwasher and washing machine in the back kitchen).
On your left is the main room with a sitting area with a sofa and coffee table and a dining area with 2 high tables and stools.
Continue down the corridor, on your right you will find the separate WC and the shower room with shower and basin, then a bedroom with a 120 cm bed, a single sofa bed and a wardrobe for your clothes.
