The family house of 180 m² is composed of a beautiful living room with a lounge and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a garden of 600 m² with two terraces to enjoy a beautiful summer evening to listen to the song of the waves from your property.
Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost. Private parking spaces.
This spacious family house is being renovated step by step by the owners.
The house:
First floor:
- A large and bright living room with large bay windows offering you a breathtaking view of the sea! It is equipped with a living room corner with sofas, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a beautiful fireplace and a dining area with a large table that can accommodate up to 12 guests.
- A closed kitchen, fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.
- Room 1 : double bed 160 x 200 cm, cupboard, washbasin, WC.
- Bedroom 2 : double bed 160 x 200 cm, cupboard, sink. Access to the balcony facing south.
- Bedroom 3 : two single beds 80X200 cm (one drawer bed) and a cupboard. Ideal for children.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, a hair dryer and a changing table.
- Separate toilet.
You go down the stairs, and you reach a second room space:
- Room 4 : a double bed 160 x 200 cm, closet.
- Room 5 : a double bed 160 x 200 cm
- Room 6 : a double bed 160 x 200 cm, storage space.
- Two bathrooms with a shower, washbasin, towel dryer and WC.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Outside :
- The 600 m² garden surrounds the house. There are two terraces, one at the front of the house and one at the back, where you can enjoy a meal outside with an extraordinary view! Barbecue, table and chairs are at your disposal.
- A south-facing balcony adjoining bedroom 1
- 4 parking spaces available on the property, at the entrance to the garden.

The house is located on the sea front, it is separated from the beach by a pedestrian path. Nearby, you will find all the necessary amenities: bakery, butcher's, shops, restaurants...
