The Gîte de la Bôve is a house full of charm located in a farm in the middle of nature, between Laon, Reims and Soisson. Come with family or friends, in a place steeped in history, to visit the Chemin des Dames and Vauclair Abbey. Hike the GR 20, enjoy the Ailette golf course or visit the Champagne vineyards, a UNESCO world heritage site. The house of 160 m² can accommodate up to 11 people and consists of a living room, dining room, separate kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful garden. Sheets and towels are extra. Animals accepted on request.
The house:
With its double north-south exposure, bright rooms, a warm living space, a fireplace for evenings by the fire, enjoy the independence offered by this accommodation for a stay allowing you to meet up to 11 people for good moments of relaxation and sharing.

- Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with fireplace and old parquet floor. A double bed 160 x 200 cm that can be separated into two single beds, and a single bed ideal for a child.
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm which can be separated into 2 single beds. Washbasin and desk in the bedroom.
- Bedroom 3: Double bed 140 x 200 cm and a washbasin.
- Bedroom 4: Double bed 160 x 200 cm which can be separated into two single beds.
- Beautiful bathroom with bathtub and toilets
On the second floor:
- Room 5: Bright attic room with a double bed 160 x 200 cm.
Outside :
- Large courtyard in front of the house allowing to park several cars. Main entrance of the house.
- Beautiful wooded garden of 500 m² facing south, private and enclosed.

- The environment is very quiet, the gîte is 3 kilometres from the village, but access remains easy, with the RD44 between Laon and Reims at 1. 5 km.
- Laon, medieval city, is 18 kms away
- Reims and its champagne houses 35 kms away.
- Shops 7 km away: bakery, chemist's, tobacconist's and restaurant
- All shops 10 km away: shops, Intermarché, bakery, pharmacy. . .

- The accommodation does not have internet access.
- Bed linen is extra on request as well as towels: 15 € / single bed and 20 € / double bed to be paid on site.
- Bath mats, hand towels and kitchen towels are provided.
- Ping-pong table, high chair and baby bed available.
- Late check-out at 2pm possible on request with an extra charge of 50 €.
- You can park in the farmyard. The courtyard is used for farming purposes, and therefore, for security reasons, it is not part of the rental.
The garden is private with the gîte, the courtyard is used by the farm.
