Located in the Champagne-Burgundy Forest National Park and close to many tourist sites, imposing 19th century property comprising two independent villas which benefit from a wooded park of century-old trees and enclosed of 17400m² not overlooked. The Villas are committed to the territory for professional, sustainable and responsible tourism. The activity has been awarded the demanding certification of the European Ecolabel (1st gîte in Côte d'Or), has obtained the "Esprit Parc National" brand as well as the Ecogestes mention of Gîtes de France.
The Villa des Promenades was an outbuilding of the mansion. It is now independent and shares the same wooded park. On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with dining room and back kitchen including the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Living room of 32m² crossing with numerous French windows to enjoy among other things, a beautiful protected terrace not overlooked, with a view of the surrounding countryside and forest. Calm and serene atmosphere. A stove-fireplace brings conviviality and a special atmosphere to the place. Bedroom with bathroom (walk-in shower) and private toilet. Separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: 3 independent bedrooms served by a colonial-style passageway including 2 bedrooms with 160x200 bed, queen size and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds on the floor (90x200) and 2 bunk beds (90 x 190). Shower room with walk-in shower and toilet.
Electric heating, wood for the fireplace and electricity are included, as are cleaning, household linen, bed linen and towels.
Supplement if animal: 50€/animal.
The Villa des Promenades is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. 4 steps provide access to the ground floor.
Baby equipment: travel cot, bed linen, high chair, bathtub, toilet reducer, food processor, etc. are available on site upon request.
Private terrace and surroundings. Large parking lot in the enclosed area. Unenclosed garden at the back in the park. The fully preserved property also includes a vegetable garden, an orchard, a greenhouse, a dovecote, a kennel, a bread oven and an icehouse, all original from the end of the 19th century and which will be carefully restored. Outdoor games: table tennis, football cage, bicycles depending on availability, bowling, pétanque, etc.
A welcome basket made up of selected local products is offered on arrival.
