On the ground floor: independent living room with 2 sofas (including a convertible for 2 people) and an armchair, a television and internet box; a kitchen where you can have your meals; 1 separate toilet. On the 1st floor: 1 separate toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub + a shower, washing machine and dryer; 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200; 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and office and its private bathroom (shower). On the 2nd floor, very large bedroom with 4 single beds: 2 beds 90x190 and 2 beds 115x190 + a play area for children.
SAINT-AGNAN, which rises to 600 meters, located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, the last commune of the Nièvre between the departments of Yonne and Côte-d'Or. Equidistant from Paris and Lyon, it is mainly known today for its Lake with an area of 142 Ha. Boats with thermal engines are not allowed.
In the heart of the village, the cottage is ideally located for hiking, swimming in the lake, 8 km from La Pierre qui Vire (community of Benedictine monks). 40 km from Vézelay: visit the basilica and the city, gourmet restaurant.
