Very secluded stone country house nestled in a forest, detached and arranged over 3 levels.
Ground floor: dining room - living room with old flagstones, fireplace, and piano. Kitchen. 1 bedroom with two single beds. Shower room, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, the second with a double bed. Bathroom with toilet. The second floor is a recently built wooden extension with two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds) and a shower room with toilet. Large grounds on 10 hectares of private forest.
DVD player and small stereo system. Due to its isolation, the cottage is supplied with drinking water by a well with a water purifier. 20 ares meadow with electric fence for horses. Fouché Pond 5 km away: beach, supervised swimming in summer, children's playground, pedal boats. Beaune 28 km away. Baby equipment: folding crib, high chair, changing mat, and safety gate.
Firewood included. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
Charges and supplements (cannot be booked online - directly with the owner): Bed linen: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €90. Towels: €5 per person per stay. Electric heating and electricity according to meter reading (8 kWh/day included).

In Arnay le Duc, take the N6 towards Lyon, for 2 km, then left towards Beaune / Bligny sur Ouche. Pass Sivry then Sasoge, go 2 km and at the Foissy crossroads (on the right) turn left, follow the signs for Moulin des Bois for 2 km. You are there! Be careful with the GPS which could indicate access via the Bise farm in the commune of Culètre because the path is impassable!
