Upper floor: mezzanine with lounge. 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), a second with two single beds (110 cm), and a third with a queen-size bed (160 cm). Bathroom. WC. Baby crib and high chair.
Courtyard and partially enclosed garden of 800 m² with a swing. Ping-pong and table football. Terrace. Parking. You can park up to 3 cars in the courtyard.
Fouché Pond 5 km away: supervised swimming in summer, equipped beach, children's playground, bike and pedal boat rentals. Morvan Regional Natural Park 20 km away, Autun 30 km away. Places to visit: Summer night market in Arnay, the Maison des Arts de la Table.
