In the heart of a small, leafy hamlet, away from any traffic, come stay in a welcoming and warm house boasting a large south-facing terrace opening onto a large enclosed garden. The living area is spacious, and the bedrooms offer privacy. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a large wardrobe with a large mirror offers direct access to the terrace, a bathroom (shower), a separate toilet, and a fully equipped and fitted kitchen opening onto the living area and the terrace. This living space consists of a dining room and a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a desk. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with two 90x190 beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a living room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi is available.
Bed linens are available for rent upon request, as are wood and bath linens. Between Nevers, a Town of Art and History (earthenware, museums, Ducal Palace) and Châtillon-en-Bazois (tour of the castle and gardens).
Near the Nevers/Magny-Cours racetrack and the Pouilly and Sancerre vineyards, the town boasts a magnificent swimming pool open in the summer, tennis courts, a fishing pond, and all the necessary shops. A horse riding center is 5 minutes away, and the surrounding woods are a favorite spot for hikers. Close to the Nivernais Canal (fishing, cycle route) and 50 km from the Morvan Natural Park and its capital, Château-Chinon (Costume and Septennat Museums), this peaceful and verdant region is ideal for relaxation, as well as for connecting with nature, discovering the local wildlife (deer, pheasants, squirrels, birds), and reuniting with family or friends.
