In the center of a small village in the Saône Valley, 5 minutes from the A39, this detached house, not overlooked, is close to the owners' residence.
On the ground floor: a large fitted kitchen, a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a separate toilet. On the first floor: one bedroom with two twin beds (90 cm) and one bedroom with one single bed and one double bed. On the second floor: one bedroom with two single beds. All three bedrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Wi-Fi access is available.
Baby amenities include a crib, high chair, bathtub, bouncer, stroller, potty, and gates.
Private enclosed courtyard of 100 m², covered playground with table tennis (rackets and balls available), a small shed with a barbecue, deckchairs, pétanque balls, and outdoor games for children. Parking: 3 parking spaces in front of the cottage. Bicycles can be stored in the courtyard.
Basic knowledge of English and German is available.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linens and cleaning included.
Charges and supplements: Towels: €7 per person per stay. Electric heating and electricity are subject to meter reading (8 kWh/day included).
The geographical location of the gîte allows, without too many kilometers, the visit of many Burgundian sites: Saint-Jean-de-Losne, first river port of France / Auxonne, its banks of Saône, the fortifications of Vauban / The abbey of Cîteaux and its cheese made by the monks / Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy to discover by following the route of the Owl / The route of the great vintages which winds between Fixin, Gevrey Chambertin, Nuits-Saint-Georges….. and Beaune with the Hôtel Dieu and its hospices, but also, and not further away, sites of Franche-Comté: Dole with the route of the Chat Perché, the Pasteur museum / the forest of Chaux and Serre / the Hérisson waterfalls / Besançon and its citadel / the cheese factories to taste the Morbier, the Comté or the Cancoillotte / Arc et Senans and the Royal Saltworks listed as heritage UNESCO World Heritage Site.
